Guidelines
Parking Area:
- 200 slot at the hotel B2 parking area.
- An extra parking slots will be available in Al-Rashid Mall Parking area near Gate No.3
- We highly encourage all visitors to carpool to the event
Transportation:
- Buses: as per the schedule below: Four buses will transport visitors from and to Aramco locations.
- Shuttles: shuttles will be available to transport visitors from A-Rashid Mall parking area near gate No.3 to the hotel and back starting 7:00 to 16:00 (all 3 days)
